You must include TWO of the following with your application:

A clear photo of your government issued ID - you may block out only your address and ID number.
A screenshot of your social media profile displaying your full name and clear photo.
A clear photo of yourself and at least two references with websites (list them below). This method requires extra work on my part and as such will cause an additional $50 tribute.

If you fail to include this your application will be immediately deleted without response.
